This is a geography lesson activity that is available to download, and has been tried and tested by Tividale High School in Sandwell and will help you to achieve these learning objectives:
- to develop learners’ understanding of the reasons for and against different ways of developing the rainforest
- to carry out a decision-making exercise and reach a conclusion
- to stimulate discussion and thereby apply the skills of the literacy strategy to geography for generating an evaluative piece of writing, to be completed for homework.
