A careers education lesson: Equal pay | Teaching Expertise

Equal pay

This activity, Fair play – fair pay draws upon the 1968 strike by a small group of women at the Dagenham Ford car factory as a starting point.

Pupils are encouraged to discuss the strikers’ motives, intentions, reactions, attitudes, values and beliefs.
