Young people today encounter specific challenges and stresses in both educational and social contexts. This carefully thought out resource pack helps participants to:

About the authors
- Tina Rae is a Senior Educational Psychologist (Behaviour) who has written extensively on topics such as emotional literacy, behaviour management, PSHE and Citizenship.
- Nisha Nakarja worked as an Educational Psychologist in the UK before moving to Dubai for her current role as Head of Well Being at Jumeirah Primary School.
- Patricia Velinor taught in schools for five years before qualifying as an Educational Psychologist and currently practises in London.
