Are you a qualified Geography teacher that's looking for a permanent or long term supply post from Feb 23rd in a vibrant, comprehensive that's renowned for excellent leadership, a zero tolerance behaviour policy and a fantastic and supportive department?
Come and teach Geography to GCSE and A level in a thriving inner city comprehensive that was in the top 10% of UK's most improved schools in 2007 and is also ranked in the top 5% of all UK schools for the value added Key Stage 4 score.
This post has arisen due to a late resignation and extra funding for this area for the coming year. You will be responsible for teaching mixed ability sets from year 7 - 11 so you must be a detailed planner who can differentiate effectively and ensure every pupil has the opportunity to maximize their potential. There is a share of A level teaching available for a suitably qualified candidate.
This is a vibrant London school with a diverse and multi-cultural student population so this is an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself teaching students from a large range of cultural and socio-economical backgrounds.
The school is easily accessible by the Piccadilly and Central Lines.
