**Head of English – Outer London Payspine plus TLR1 **Ealing/Hounslow Borders **September start This thriving city high school, found to be “Good with outstanding features” in their 2009 Ofsted Inspection, require a Head of English for September. “The success of the school is based firmly on treating all students equally regardless of ability or background because it believes firmly that every student deserves the best possible opportunities the school can provide. In the past five years, they have improved their percentage of 5+A*-C from 37% to 71%. In 2008, their added value put them in the top 10% of schools in the country. They are a mentor school in the DCSF to raise aspirations in deprived communities because of their successful record in English. They are now looking for someone with a passion for the teaching of English to students who need and deserve the best. We are looking for someone with exceptional skills of leadership and management at faculty level and are prepared to reward the right candidate at the top of the TLR range.
