I am looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative qualified teacher to teach ICT up to KS3 and take up a general cover role for the remainder of the time table immediately or from April 2009. A slightly different position that initially is on a long term basis with a view to become permanent for September 2009, on this basis the timetable will revert to a full ICT post with teaching required up to KS5, thus you will be an ICT specialist who can offer to teach across the ability and age range.
I am seeking a candidate with the potential to successfully engage young people through technology, someone who has a vision, drive and the initiative required to join a department at this stage of the academic year, having the experience and attitude to ‘hit the floor running’ is crucial.
A recent OFSTED inspection recognised the school as good with an increasing number of outstanding features. The school an 11-16 all girls specialist ‘Mathematics and Computing’ College serves a large predominantly semi-rural catchment area situated on the edge of the Waltham Forest a thriving market town in a very attractive area between North London and Essex.
