New School (definitely the last one) | Teaching Expertise

I am exhausted. I must be; it’s my third day in a new school.  I’ve met dozens of staff and today it’s my chance to meet hundreds of pupils and teach.   So why (for the third day in a row) am I awake, with no prospect of going back to sleep at 4am?   Surely, I can’t still be excited!? There are a few things on my mind but nothing that couldn’t work until I am safely in my office with a cup of tea at 8 o’clock.  

I am very aware that I can’t keep this up for more than this week but don’t know what to do about it … … …
