‘82% of parents left ‘in the dark’ when it comes to their child’s schooling’. report published by BECTA, 23 March 2009 Last month Becta reported that almost a third of parents feel left out when it comes to their children’s school work. A meagre 16% of children freely volunteer information about their school day and they say that they feel ‘hassled’ by their parents wanting to know more about their
achievements at school.
