Primary Teacher – Reception Teaching Position

A large three form entry primary school within the borough of Slough are currently looking for a reception teacher to join their friendly staffing team from January 2011.

Are you an experienced reception teacher, looking for a new challenge? Are you able to commit to a full year, covering a maternity leave cover until Christmas 2011?

My client has indicated that they are looking for a good classroom practitioner who has had experience in teaching the EYFS curriculum. You will be responsible for teaching a class of 30 children who come from a diverse range of backgrounds. The relationships within the school are good and the successful candidate will have to be able to uphold these relationships with; children, staff, parents, and governors.

This position is initially for one year, however the Headteacher and governors of the school have indicated that there is the possibility as the school expands for a permanent position to be offered for the right candidate.
