October 24, 2009 //  by Admin

“The lifeblood of teachers is intellectual curiosity, which needs feeding by CPD. There are some schools that don’t place enough value on professional development… which means some teachers are being deprived of the opportunity to progress professionally.” Prof Tim Brighouse, October 2008 The most effective and sustainable CPD exists in your own school. It’s only sustainable if your staff feel a commitment to their own development. Developing the culture and providing opportunities is the goal of the CPD Leader.

The 5th annual CPD Update conference is designed to show you how to get the most out of your in school expertise to deliver the highest quality CPD, provide the most opportunities and develop a sustainable CPD culture. Attend this conference to take away practical strategies to create a culture of sustainable CPD and make the most of your school’s expertise.
