18 Preschool Activities to Become an Expert on Letter “E”

Moving along with the alphabet to our second vowel "E"! This letter is so versatile and widely used, preschoolers will be amazed at all its forms and functions. All alphabet letters are unique and need special attention for students to understand how to pronounce them in various contexts and with different letter combinations. The letter "E" is no exception, so here are 18 of our favorite activities centered around learning this excellent letter.

1. Animals for Days

For letter "E" week it helps when students can make associations through visual and tangible representations. Animals are a great prop you can use in the classroom to learn new vocabulary and practice pronunciations. Find some stuffed animals or puppets like an elephant, eagle, or eel and get playing!
