All students follow a course leading to an ICT qualification for the majority this is DIDA/CIDA, but a small number do BTEC. There is a full suite of ICT courses offered post 16. ICT facilities are excellent, the department uses 7 dedicated computer rooms, whilst all other subject areas have access to either cross-curricular rooms or laptop banks and they are developed, managed and maintained by 3 full time support staff.
